Will Bryant
I am a post-doc in Prof Mike Sternberg’s Protein Structure and Network Analysis group, working with John Pinney and Michael Stumpf. My primary interests are in systems-level analysis of bacterial metabolism including high-throughput data integration, metabolic network analysis and metabolic modelling.
I am currently working on a multidisciplinary LoLa project aimed at investigating combinatorial stress responses in E. coli, M. tuberculosis and M. smegmatis, in which I am investigating the metabolic effects of stresses by integrating and analysing microarray data with genome-scale metabolic models of the three organisms.
Software
AMBIENT – a Python tool for finding metabolic modules using high-throughput data.
