Theoretical Systems Biology

I am a research assistant in the Theoretical Systems Biology group, working on the analysis and correction of bias in protein interaction datasets. Previously, I was a doctoral student at the University of Oxford where I worked on comparative analysis and error modelling in large-scale protein interaction networks.
