Theoretical Systems Biology

I received my master’s degree in mathematics and undergraduate degree in mathematics and applied mathematics from Vilnius University. During my masters studies I completed four months Erasmus Internship program at Imperial College London Theoretical systems biology group and at the moment I am a PhD student here supervised by Prof Michael Stumpf, Dr Liming Ying and Prof Martin Buck. During my PhD studies I will be modelling processes at single cell level and developing mathematical tools for single cell data analysis.
